Originally we had decided on getting a pineapple, but they were a bit large and
spiky, and cost twice the price of a coconut. Plus I have the feeling pineapples
are already well-travelled things.![]() "Satisfied" Meet our friend and travelling companion for the day (the small brown one, not the one pulling a stupid face). I had forgotten how earthy coconuts are and promptly proceeded to get bits of grime inside the camera, but all was rectified shortly afterwards. A quick glance at the receipt showed the time the coconut was bought: ![]() "Proof of purchase in case of faulty coconut" So the challenge start had been set at the cleverly chosen time of 13:37. By the time this photo was taken it was already 13:39, so we had to make a move. In order to help bump up our total, we decided that the store it came from counted as a landmark - anyone passing through junction 32 on the M4 would be happy to see the combination of supermarket, McDonalds and petrol station. ![]() "Landmark one - M4 J32 services" We began as we meant to go on - with a great big medical waste center. | |
